Why I have to sign in to EasyFax?

To use EasyFax, you have to register an account. After that, you are able to use your credits on all your devices. EasyFax will send the fax status to your account's email.

There are 2 ways to register an account

1. Register using an email/password

2. Using your Google account

Can I try sending a fax page before purchasing?

Yes. The first fax page is free.

How much does a fax cost?

EasyFax use credits to charge your fax. Faxes to USA and Canada are 10 credits per page. The others are 15 credits per page. The cost depends on how many credits you buy at once. It is between $0.25 to $0.80 per page.

How about my credits when the sending failed?

Your credits won't be charged. They will be returned to your account automatically.
